We are seeking an outgoing and active sales leader. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of home care practices in Alberta and have an extensive network of contacts. This role involves generating leads and closing contracts.
About the Role:
- This is purely a freelance/self-employed role.
- You will be in charge of how and when you work.
What you will be doing:
- Build and generate customer leads.
- Connect with potential clients and obtain agreements to onboard them with the company.
- Collaborate with management on sales targets.
What you bring:
- minimum 2 years experience in a sales role generating customer leads.
- extensive network of contacts you can leverage to generate leads.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of home care setting and process.
- Able to be self directed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
How you will be paid:
- This is a commission based role.
- Any referred client must receive a minimum of 25 care hours per month to be eligible for commission pay.
- Commissions start at $75 per eligible confirmed client contract up to a maximum of $500.
- Commissions are only paid once per eligible client referred.
- There is a performance based incentive doubling the received commission once specific milestones have been achieved.
- You have full ownership of your schedule. Work as much or as little as you want.
- High performers have the potential to transition into a permanent role with hourly pay and commissions.
