You are assigned a RN (Registered Nurse) Care Concierge.
Your Care Concierge is the only person you will ever need to speak with. They are your scheduler, recruiter, advocate, case manager, and even complaint coordinator. Just relay your needs, they will do the rest and report back!

We work with our clients to properly direct funding resources to ensure you get a comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care. Gone are the days of cookie cutter care plans.
Certified and Consistent Caregivers
We go above and beyond the minimum requirements. Our caregivers are all certified and have received the required training to provide you with the care you want and need.
You are in charge of the caregiver(s) assigned to you. We ask every client to select the caregiver(s) they want from our list of qualified and trained caregivers. Clients can expect the same caregiver(s) for every visit.

Extensive Referrals
Our focus is not limited to care at home. We also have a network of referrals from wills and estate planning to health supplies and Red Seal Chef meal planning. We are a full concierge service.

We are selective in who we bring in to join our team. At the same time, we take care of our staff ensuring they are happy about the work they do and their impact to our clients. Our care for our staff incentivizes them to provide the best care they can to our clients.

Locally Owned and Operated
Our ownership group lives in Calgary, Alberta and are actively engaged in our day to day operations.
Our ownership group are all Registered Nurses and they focus more on client wellbeing than mainly profit. Collectively, they bring over 4 decades of continuing care experience. They have worked as Home Care Managers for AHS and private companies, Site Leaders for retirement homes and supportive living environments and they also managed long term care facilities.
With your help, we are able to support the local Alberta economy and give back to our local communities.
Extensive Funding Access
Other than privately paying for your care, we also work with all levels of government and private networks for your funding needs. Currently, we are approved to access funding from Alberta Health and Alberta Health Services. We are working to obtain access to Government of Canada programs.
We have access to care funding for Adults with Disabilities and Seniors.
Insured and Bonded
All of our staff and services are covered. We carry extensive insurance coverage from property damage and injury to cybersecurity of your information.
